These C-frame presses with lower and upper table are especially designed to carry out tasks involving deep-drawing, stamping and forming for medium and high volumes. Also suitable to incorporate in automated production lines.This high speed C-frame press has a capacity of 150 ton and is made in Europe.
These C-frame press models are equipped with a mechanized upper- and lower table with T-grooves. The upper table ensures perfect alignment
by means of four cylindrical lateral guides (Ø 50 mm). Provided with a single acting main cylinder and two double-acting lateral cylinders for high
speeds. The safety for these C-frame models is guaranteed by two lateral protection screens (which can be opened) with level IV safety light curtains
situated at the front.
The control panel features Siemens PLC mod. SIMATIC S7 1200 with a 7” touch screen. This control system permits programming the power, the
cylinder stroke and the speeds. It has a storage capacity to save up to 300 different working cycles. Operation of these PPCF-models is carried out by
a foot pedal.
